Abstract submission

Attendees are encouraged to present a poster.

Submissions are managed in conjunction with and during the same process as registration – please read the registration section as well before finally proceeding.

At the point of registration you will be asked if you would like to present a poster at the meeting. You will be asked to to upload a short final abstract (in pdf, doc, or docx format) – please include the title, authors and author affiliation in this file. Abstracts published in the conference booklet will be limited to one figure, and 250 words of text (not counting title, authors, affiliation, etc.).

The poster boards at the meeting are suitable for A0 size (1189 mm high x 841 mm wide, or 46.8 x 33.1 in) posters, mounted in portrait.

Posters presented in the meeting will take part in a competition.

To register, submit an abstract, and pay for the meeting, please follow the "REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT" link on the registration page.

Flash talks

In addition to the Invited talks, there will be ten 5-minute flash talks, presented by attendees in the Monday afternoon session.

These ten talks will be selected by the committee on the basis of the submitted abstracts and a single slide visual summary of the presentation — the talk should be presented in addition to the poster.

If you would like to be considered for a flash talk, please submit a representative slide along with your abstract during registration.

We strongly encourage attendees to submit a slide for selection and seize this opportunity to give an oral presentation in front of our distinguished invited speakers.
The flash talks take part in a competition, and the best selected will be rewarded with an iPad (courtesy of IP Group plc).
